Step 8: They should all see the game - and all have control - it's like you're all sharing the same PC! Step 7: Once everyone is in, press SHIFT+TAB again to go back into the game. Step 6: They should accept the invite and you should hear a ding. Step 5: Right click on your friends and choose 'Remote Play Together'
Step 4: Press SHIFT+TAB and go to your Friends list Step 2: They DO NOT need the game if you are hosting. Step 1: Make sure your friends are Steam friends. Steam Remote Play Together lets other players control your game (but not anything else on your computer, so it's SAFE) - and since you're playing a local game, it won't disconnect. I've played full games of Monopoly with other players over 50 times so far this year, and have been able to finish all of them on this version thanks to the Steam Remote Play Together feature.
